According to a clinical study published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition, subjects consumed two kiwi fruits one hour before bedtime for four consecutive weeks, and the results showed that the time it took to fall asleep was shortened by 35% on average, the total time spent asleep was extended by 13%, and the efficiency of sleep was increased by 5%.
